Jackson Farm Deer Processing

Jackson Farm is a USDA Approved & Inspected deer processing facility located in Davidson County, North Carolina. The meats derived from wildlife in North Carolina are not legal to be sold and must be processed for the individual hunter only.

WE PROCESS ONE DEER AT A TIME
WE ALSO PROCESS WILD BOAR 
Prices on this page also apply to wild boar processing. If you need to have a boar processed outside of deer season, give us a call. 

DEER SEASON HOURS: 8am-9pm Monday -Sunday
Call us during bow season if you harvest late and we will wait around for you. 

If you need to have a wild boar processed during the off season, call us to schedule a drop-off.

What we will need before we start processing your deer.

Valid NC Hunter’s License

Harvest ID for the deer or other wild game that you want processed. We must record it on our records for the NCWRC to verify that you legally harvested or are legally in possession of the deer you plan to have processed.

Make sure to stay up to date on NC Wildlife CWD Regulations in the counties you are hunting in.

Jacskon Farm Deer Processing is a NC Wildlife Cervid Health Control (CHC) Agent. We Will Accept Heads for CWD Testing with No Additional Services.

Deer Processing

Cooler Deer Processing $80
"Cooler Deer" that you have already skinned and gutted and is ready for general processing. This option saves you the skin and gut fee. See General Processing meat cutt choices.
Processing Burger Only $90
Includes Skinning and Gutting and Vacuum Sealed Burger

Includes skinning and Gutting and choice of the following vacuum sealed cutts:
